1. Çfarë bën shtesa

TenderIntel Dossier Helper është një shtesë për Chrome që funksionon vetëm në portalin e prokurimit publik të Kosovës (e-prokurimi.rks-gov.net).

Kur ju hapni faqen e një tenderi dhe klikoni butonin „Dërgo dosjen te TenderIntel“, shtesa:

  1. Shkarkon dosjen e plotë të tenderit duke përdorur sesionin tuaj ekzistues në portal;
  2. E ruan dosjen në kompjuterin tuaj;
  3. E dërgon një kopje te llogaria juaj në TenderIntel për analizë.

Shtesa nuk vepron kurrë vetvetiu. Asgjë nuk ndodh pa klikimin tuaj.

2. Çfarë NUK bën shtesa

  • Nuk lexon fjalëkalimin tuaj dhe nuk hyn automatikisht në portal.
  • Nuk lexon, nuk ruan dhe nuk dërgon cookie-t tuaja. Shtesa mbështetet te sesioni që shfletuesi juaj tashmë e ka; ajo nuk e prek atë. Cookie-t e portalit nuk dërgohen kurrë te TenderIntel.
  • Nuk funksionon në sfond dhe nuk shkarkon dosje automatikisht ose në masë.
  • Nuk funksionon në asnjë faqe tjetër përveç e-prokurimi.rks-gov.net.
  • Nuk mbledh historikun e shfletimit, nuk regjistron klikimet dhe nuk gjurmon aktivitetin tuaj.

3. Të dhënat që përpunohen

Të ruajtura në pajisjen tuaj (chrome.storage.local):

  • Kredencialin e llogarisë suaj në TenderIntel (një token);
  • Adresën e serverit të TenderIntel.

Këto nuk i dërgohen askujt tjetër përveç TenderIntel.

Të dërguara te TenderIntel kur klikoni butonin:

  • Skedari i dosjes së tenderit (dokumente publike të tenderit);
  • Kredenciali juaj, që identifikon llogarinë ku ruhet dosja.

4. Si përdoren të dhënat

Dosja ruhet në llogarinë tuaj dhe analizohet automatikisht për të nxjerrë: kërkesat e pjesëmarrjes, certifikatat e nevojshme, afatet, kriteret e vlerësimit dhe pozicionet e paramasës.

Për këtë analizë përdoret shërbimi i inteligjencës artificiale Anthropic (Claude) si përpunues i të dhënave. Përmbajtja e dosjeve të tenderit — e cila është dokumentacion publik prokurimi — i dërgohet këtij shërbimi vetëm për nxjerrjen e kërkesave.

Dosjet tuaja janë private. Vetëm ju keni qasje te dosjet që ju ngarkoni. Përdoruesit e tjerë të TenderIntel nuk i shohin ato.

5. Ndarja me palë të treta

Të dhënat tuaja nuk shiten dhe nuk transferohen te palë të treta, përveç përpunuesve teknikë të nevojshëm për funksionimin e shërbimit (strehimi i serverit dhe shërbimi i analizës i përmendur më lart).

Të dhënat nuk përdoren për reklama, për vlerësim krediti, ose për ndonjë qëllim të palidhur me analizën e tenderëve.

6. Ruajtja e të dhënave

Dosjet dhe analizat ruhen për sa kohë llogaria juaj është aktive. Ju mund të kërkoni fshirjen e tyre në çdo moment duke na kontaktuar në info@aidije.com.

Kredencialin e ruajtur lokalisht mund ta hiqni duke çinstaluar shtesën ose duke e revokuar atë nga llogaria juaj në TenderIntel.

7. Të drejtat tuaja

Në pajtim me Ligjin Nr. 06/L-082 për Mbrojtjen e të Dhënave Personale, ju keni të drejtë të kërkoni qasje, korrigjim, fshirje ose kufizim të përpunimit të të dhënave tuaja. Për këto kërkesa, na shkruani në info@aidije.com.

8. Ndryshimet

Çdo ndryshim në këtë politikë do të publikohet në këtë faqe me datën e përditësimit.

1. What the extension does

TenderIntel Dossier Helper is a Chrome extension that runs only on Kosovo’s public procurement portal (e-prokurimi.rks-gov.net).

When you open a tender page and click the “Dërgo dosjen te TenderIntel” (Send dossier to TenderIntel) button, the extension:

  1. Downloads the complete tender dossier using your existing portal session;
  2. Saves the dossier to your computer;
  3. Sends a copy to your TenderIntel account for analysis.

The extension never acts on its own. Nothing happens without your click.

2. What the extension does NOT do

  • Does not read your password and does not log in automatically.
  • Does not read, store, or transmit your cookies. The extension relies on the session your browser already holds; it never accesses it directly. Portal cookies are never sent to TenderIntel.
  • Does not run in the background and does not download dossiers automatically or in bulk.
  • Does not run on any site other than e-prokurimi.rks-gov.net.
  • Does not collect browsing history, log clicks, or track your activity.

3. Data processed

Stored on your device (chrome.storage.local):

  • Your TenderIntel account credential (a token);
  • The TenderIntel server address.

These are not sent to anyone other than TenderIntel.

Sent to TenderIntel when you click the button:

  • The tender dossier file (public tender documentation);
  • Your credential, which identifies the account the dossier is stored under.

4. How data is used

The dossier is stored in your account and analysed automatically to extract participation requirements, required certificates, deadlines, award criteria, and bill-of-quantity line items.

This analysis uses Anthropic (Claude) as a data processor. Tender dossier content — which is public procurement documentation — is sent to that service solely for requirement extraction.

Your dossiers are private. Only you can access dossiers you upload. Other TenderIntel users cannot see them.

5. Third-party sharing

Your data is not sold and not transferred to third parties, other than the technical processors necessary to operate the service (server hosting and the analysis service named above).

Data is not used for advertising, creditworthiness assessment, or any purpose unrelated to tender analysis.

6. Data retention

Dossiers and analyses are retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting info@aidije.com.

You can remove the locally stored credential by uninstalling the extension or revoking the token from your TenderIntel account.

7. Your rights

Under Law No. 06/L-082 on Personal Data Protection, you have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of processing of your data. To exercise these rights, contact info@aidije.com.

8. Changes

Any changes to this policy will be published on this page with an updated date.
